These Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract (hereinafter “Agreement”) between you and English Advance S.A.C.

  • Teacher: Expert personnel trained by English Advance who are in charge of one or more sessions of the English Advance Conversation Club, who have mastery of the English language and are responsible for teaching the contents corresponding to a level, and maintaining unity and respect among the Cursants.
  • ‍Community or Conversation Club Members: Group of people linked by the interest, specific or not, of participating in the English Advance Conversation Club Service.
  • Cursant or Student: Student who purchases sessions for our English Conversation Club, upon payment.
  • English Advance Team: Personnel linked to English Advance, different from Teachers, who seek to provide the best language teaching service.
  • Information: Data provided by you or collected by our Website that is used to improve our Service, our Security and our marketing and advertising.
  • Club de Conversación: Service consisting of a series of conversation sessions in English carried out online through virtual platforms, led by a trained Teacher and accompanied by asynchronous content, complementary to the sessions and available prior to the start of each session by the English Team.   • Conversation Club Session: They are those that make up the Conversation Club, having a specific language and level, led by a trained Teacher and whose purpose is to encourage and maximize the students' conversation, as well as the verbal nature of learning in the English language.   • Asynchronous classes and content: They are those complementary contents to the Conversation Club Sessions and that will have the character of learning grammar, reading, listening and/or vocabulary. They will be provided with support material such as videos and/or exercises, which the student must review, virtually, in a timely manner according to the completion and progress of their sessions.
  • Alternative Media: Any channel that makes communication effective between the Conversation Club Students, the Teachers and our English Advance Team, such as emails to our mailboxes, WhatsApp messaging, calls or telephone messages, among others.
  • Group level: Each session of the Conversation Club corresponds to a specific level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, which can be Pre-Intermediate (B1), Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1-C2).
  • Web page: English Advance website and all services and applications derived from it.
The following definitions will be applicable to these Terms and Conditions of Service of the English Advance Conversation Club. The words that are not defined in this title must be understood by the section of these Terms and Conditions that can define them or according to the normal and logical sense with which they are usually used.
English Advance offers through its website the English Conversation Club service based on small groups of people who meet to converse in English on various topics that vary month to month, which are developed by native English speaking teachers. through Virtual Platforms. Students may acquire this service upon payment and registration in our database on our Website or through Alternative Media.
By using the Website you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions contained therein and to be legally bound by them, whether or not you purchase the teaching services provided by English Advance. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree to know the Conversation Club and know what our service consists of. English Advance reserves the right to make modifications related to the teaching model or style of our Conversation Club, such as the duration and schedule of classes, the number of registered and attendees per group, among others, always in order to improve the student learning experience and the quality of the service delivered, constantly innovating the teaching methodology for the benefit of the students.
You, the interested parties, the students and all those who enter our page to have our services and be part of the Conversation Club, must be at least 18 years of age to sign legally binding contracts with English Advance, to be able to use our Page Web and be part of our Language Teaching Service. By accessing, registering and using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement. As an exception to the rule indicated above, a minor under 18 years of age (up to 16 years of age) may participate in the Conversation Club only in the following situations:

Under the authorization of their parents, representatives or guardians over 18 years of age, and must be expressly indicated in a simple power of attorney that must contain the following: designation of who gives the power and to whom it is granted, stating that the minor is authorized to participate in the English Advance Conversation Club, expressly stating that English Advance is exempt from any responsibility that may occur to the minor and, signature of the agent.   2. When a minor attends the Conversation Club in the company of his or her parent, representative or guardian over 18 years of age, they must report in each session that the minor attends in the company of a person of legal age.
Since user verification online is so difficult, we do not assume any responsibility for confirming the identity of any English Advance student. With this, and in order to prevent harm and fraud, and to the extent permitted by applicable national law, we may, but are not obligated to, ask students to provide a form of government, institutional identification or other information. , or who undergo additional checks designed to help verify the identity or background of students.
English Advance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and their respective Privacy Policies at any time in accordance with this provision. The form consists of blank boxes that you may voluntarily complete when responding to the information we request. These questions may be aimed at obtaining part of your personal information, such as name and surname, telephone or contact number, email or email. The questions indicated above are only a reference of the type of information that we could collect from you through the Form, but these may be modified or replaced with complete discretion by the English Advance Team when they deem it appropriate in order to provide a better Service. to all our Users.

Those interested in our Conversation Club may ask our Team to take a brief initial leveling test in order to better determine their level of English.
The test is a recorded test that will be carried out through a questionnaire created by English Advance, which students can find on our Website ( https://englishadvance.com.pe/test-de-ingles-principal ), and that they will have exercises or questions aimed at our future students, who must answer and complete the activities so that, upon finishing and completing their data, they can be granted a level of English.
In this way, it will be determined whether you are at a Beginner (A1), Basic (A2), Pre-intermediate (B1), Intermediate (B2), Upper Intermediate (C1) or Advanced (C2) level so that you can choose the Conversation Club Sessions in which you wish to participate.
The Payment Methods for obtaining places in our Conversation Club may be the following:

  • Other payment methods available
In relation to the Payment Method with credit or debit cards, these will be made through the Niubiz system or other international methods depending on the place where you make the payment. The data that they may request will also vary depending on the payment method and the country in which you reside.
In relation to the Payment Method through bank transfers or deposit, you must pay the total value of the Service to be able to register in our Conversation Club. The English Advance Team can provide you with more information about the data to complete when making the transfer or you can also find the information in the shopping cart on our Website.
Please note that Payment Methods may involve third party payment service providers, such as some of those mentioned above. These service providers may charge additional fees when you make a payment, such as certain deductible charges, and English Advance is not responsible for any such fees and disclaims all liability in this regard. Your Payment Method may be subject to additional Terms and Conditions imposed by the applicable third-party payment service provider or card-issuing bank; Please review the terms and conditions before using your Payment Method.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and perfection of your Payment Method information. English Advance is not responsible for any loss you suffer as a result of incorrect Payment Method information provided by you.
In the event that, for any reason, the payment instrument is rejected by the bank, registration to the Conversation Club will be subject to prior verification by our English Advance Team. In short, non-payment of the total or partial value of the courses, regardless of the payment method used, will give English Advance the right to suspend or cancel, at its own discretion, the places you have acquired for our Conversation Club. , as well as their assistance to them.
From the moment you make payment for the Conversation Club Service, whether for its total or partial value, the period for you to request a refund of the amount paid will begin to run.
From the moment the payment is made, you will have the possibility of withdrawal within a period of 10 calendar days, without exception of holidays, to request a refund from the English Advance Team, by sending an email to our inbox informes@englishadvance.com.pe . After 10 days, and up to 30 calendar days from making the payment, and without exception of holidays, you may request a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
No refund is applicable after 30 calendar days from payment, and without exception of holidays.
There is no refund once a student has participated in one of the Conversation Club Sessions. Participation in a single session of the Conversation Club immediately ends the refund period and the possibility of refund. Likewise, if you marked the session as non-attendance or requested non-attendance via email, said session is considered participation when the notice was given less than two calendar days since the space was reserved for you. In that sense, if you register and are unable to attend, it is considered a session consumed, invalidating the refund request.
There is no refund once you have transferred one or more sessions of our Conversation Club to another member of our Community.
No refund is applicable in cases where you indicate that you have not been aware of our teaching method. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions indicates knowledge of them.
If the return request is appropriate, the money will be refunded in a period no longer than 30 days after the request is made, provided that it complies with the conditions set forth in this section, via transfer to a bank account in the name of the retractor, demonstrating be the account holder.
10.1. Registration or taking the Course:
As a general rule, anyone who has previously made payment for our services is entitled to register for the Conversation Club Sessions. In cases of payment or credit in cash or bank transfer, interested parties, in order to register in a group, must have previously paid the total value of the service.
The deadline to register for the Conversation Club sessions will depend on the plan purchased. This way, if you have paid for the 5-session plan, you will have two months to register and participate in the Conversation Club. If you have paid for the 10-session plan, you will have four months to register and participate in the Conversation Club. The period will begin to run from the moment you make payment for the service. Once the period corresponding to your number of sessions has elapsed, you will not be able to register for the sessions that are pending to be taken.

10.2 Suspension and modification of Sessions:
You may suspend or modify one or more sessions of the Conversation Club. To do this, the student must contact the English Advance Team at email informes@englishadvance.com.pe or WhatsApp 957619677 48 hours in advance. Sessions already taken and not suspended will not be considered susceptible to being recovered.
Conversation Club groups will be formed with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 students registered per session. Even so, the minimum and maximum number of people established by English Advance may be unilaterally modified if the English Advance Team so determines.
The English Advance Team may suspend a scheduled session if the group has less than 2 people registered.
The English Advance Team may add more students than the maximum established per group, when it is deemed appropriate according to the particular case (for example, students who, due to schedule constraints, can only enroll in certain groups, among other cases).
If, due to the impossibility or delay of the teacher, the start of the Session takes more than 30 minutes from the start time stipulated by these Terms and Conditions, and because of this the class does not take place, the students may notify the Training Team of this. English Advance and cancel your participation in the session, without affecting the total number of sessions of your contracted plan.
The following actions are grounds to remove, revoke and/or suspend or terminate your participation in the Chat Club immediately:
1. The use of the Virtual Platforms where the sessions are held or Alternative Media linked to English Advance to do the following:
  1. Harm, threaten or intimidate another person, in any way.
  2. Restrict or inhibit any other user from participating in the Chat Club.
  3. Impersonate any person or entity (including English Advance, the English Advance Team and other members), or falsely establish or otherwise misrepresent your relationship with any person, by using nicknames or similar email addresses, or by the creation of fake accounts or any other method or device.
  4. Conceal the origin of any Public Information that is transmitted to third parties.
  5. Harass or stalk another person in any way.
  6. Resell information from other Students.
  7. Collect or store personal data of other users.
2. Publish any Information or matter both on the Virtual Platforms where the sessions are held and on our Alternative Communication Media:
  1. From educational language services from other companies or institutes.
  2. For merchandise, auctions, services, or commercial websites, including offers for trade or charitable solicitations unrelated to the theme or spirit of the Chat Club.
  3. That is unlawful, harmful, threatening, insulting, harassing, aggravating, defamatory, intimidating, vulgar, obscene, profane, libelous, invasive of another's privacy (including posting private email messages or contact information of another person ), hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise unacceptable, including any Public Information or other material that may be considered expression of hate and discrimination.
  4. That is obscene or pornographic.
  5. That you do not have the right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
  6. That infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or rights of publicity or privacy.
  7. That is unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material or any other form of solicitation (including, but not limited to, “unwanted mail”, “spam” and “chain emails”)
  8. That is considered immoral and inappropriate or published in bad faith.
  9. That you use the Virtual Platform primarily as a generator or listing service for another website.
3. Carry out discriminatory acts of any kind against one or more members of the Conversation Club (students and/or teachers).
4. Carry out acts that tend to interfere with the Conversation Club Sessions or any of our Alternative Means of Communication and violate our Privacy Policies.
5. Incite others to violate this Agreement.
6. Violate (intentionally or unintentionally) this Agreement or any applicable local, state, national or international statute, ordinance, regulation or law.
7. Reveal the private Information of any Chat Club member without that member's permission.
8. Transfer money to English Advance through stolen, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorized financial accounts.
While we prohibit such conduct and content, you understand and agree that you may nevertheless be exposed to such conduct or content by others and that you use the Virtual Platforms and participate in the Chat Club at your own risk.
In this Agreement, “post” includes uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making information available. Without limiting the foregoing, English Advance and its assigns shall have the right to remove any Public Information or other material that violates this Agreement or is otherwise unacceptable.
